How To Get To Chengde Mountain Resort From Beijing
🚄 High-speed rail (preferred, fastest)
- Departure station: Beijing Chaoyang Station (most frequent departures), a few departures from Beijing Station and Beijing West Station
- Arrival station: Chengde South Station, travel time 52-70 minutes, second-class seat 74-106 yuan, many departures throughout the day
Chengde South Station → Mountain Resort:
- Taxi/Ride-hailing: Approximately 15-20 minutes, 25-40 yuan, directly navigate to “Lizheng Gate of Mountain Resort”
- Bus: Take bus 69 to Huoshenmiao Station, walk 8 minutes to Lizheng Gate, fare 2 yuan, approximately 30 minutes
Tip: Chengde South Station is a high-speed rail station, not the old Chengde Railway Station, please do not confuse them.
