Huanghuacheng Lakeside Great Wall
Named after the three sections of the Great Wall enter the water, it is the only Great Wall in Beijing where the Great Wall is connected to water. The scenic spot is 70 kilometers away from downtown Beijing and 35 kilometers away from Huairou City.

Tour Route:
When you come to the Water Great Wall scenic spot, you have to enter from the south gate of the scenic spot. Outside the gate is a row of commercial streets, where you can buy food, souvenirs, etc., and you can also have meals here. Entering the gate of the scenic spot, the first thing that catches the eye is a dam. The dam is sandwiched between two mountainsides and cuts off the reservoir, which is very imposing. Climbing the dam along the steps, you will pass the inside of the water spray waterfall under the dam before walking up to the dam, which feels like walking into a water curtain cave. Walking up the dam, you can have a panoramic view of Haoming Lake on both sides. The lake water is entrenched in the valley, and a section of the Great Wall on both sides extends into the water, which is very strange.
Walking past the dam is a small road along the lakeside up the mountain. There are hanging bridges, plank roads, etc. on the small road. First, you will pass a black stream that is dark all year round, named Heilongtan. Then pass by the chestnut garden planted by the guards and soldiers of the Ming Dynasty, where you can see towering ancient trees, and you can also look for mature chestnuts that have fallen to the ground. On the way, you will pass many scenic spots such as Shilang Valley, Sanzhuliantan, etc., and finally come to watch the main scene of the Great Water Wall. Here is a pier, the Great Wall stretches down along the majestic mountains and enters the water. Here you can take a yacht into the water to watch the Great Wall in the water on the other side and the lake and water.
